You may schedule your service request up to 30-days from today's date.

If the gas service is currently off, the technician will need to enter the premise to light and check all gas appliances and/or stubs. Southwest Gas is allowed to enter a premise during daylight hours with the customer's permission. However, Southwest Gas cannot enter the premise when minors are present and not accompanied by an adult (18 years or older). Additionally, when it becomes dark an adult (18 years or older) must be present for Southwest Gas to enter the premise.

If the gas service is currently on, entry into the premise will not be necessary. Please select "Service is currently on" in the access instructions listed below. Please ensure the meter is accessible and pets are secure. If the gas service is turned off before the date you've selected to start your service, please call Southwest Gas at 877-860-6020 to provide access.
